First any foremost: Sorry you had to experience that, XenXenEc. I think most, if not all, of the commenters here have been where you've been: Browsing the art portal or the news, seeing one of CholeMay16's crazy submissions, telling her that her obviously antisocial/monstrous behavior is not okay and subsequently learning that some people in this world are beyond help.
Newgrounds might not be 'the single most safest place on the internet', but it's generally not bad and the staff _cares_.
If you ever encounter her again (or somebody who's similarly far gone), you can send a PM to TomFulp, the creator of Newgrounds ( https://tomfulp.newgrounds.com/ ). He is 'quite' familiar with her so you don't need to write an essay. The last time I wrote him a short "CholeMay16 is back"-message, her account was gone within 14 minutes.
